The skeleton structure of this series of lighting sheds is basically the same. It usually adopts light steel structure or grid structure. The surface of the steel structure is treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment. From the perspective of light-transmitting materials, the products provided by our factory can be divided into the following categories:

1. Polycarbonate (PC) board series

1. Plate characteristics:

①Light transmittance: Depending on the color and thickness of the board, the light transmittance can reach 25-88%. Color plates can be used to block light and heat according to user requirements.　　　　

②Impact resistance: 4kg steel ball, falling height 9m, impact three times, no penetrating cracks on the board surface. It is 250 times that of ordinary glass and 30 times that of other similar fiberglass products.　　　　

③Thermal insulation performance: The high-tech protective layer combined with the special hollow structure can effectively reduce the energy consumption of building temperature control.　　　　

④Flame retardant performance: According to the national standard GB8625-88 test, it is a flame retardant B1 grade material.　　　　

⑤Sound insulation performance: Under the condition of the same thickness, the sound insulation of PC board is 3~4dB lower than that of glass. Good sound insulation performance and hollow structure can effectively reduce noise.　　　　

⑥ Anti-condensation performance: When the indoor and outdoor temperature difference reaches 23°C and the indoor relative humidity reaches 80%, condensation will begin on the inner surface of the material. Generally, condensation begins when the indoor relative humidity of materials reaches 40%.　　　　

⑦ Anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging: The surface of the product contains an anti-ultraviolet co-extrusion layer and has good weather resistance. It can still maintain good optical properties and mechanical properties after long-term use.　　　　

⑧Heat transfer coefficient: Single-layer PC boards are generally 5.49-4.64w/m2·k, and double-layer hollow boards are generally 3.6-3.1w/m2·k.        

⑨Linear expansion coefficient: 6.8x10-5/℃.　　　　

⑩Tolerable temperature: Maintain physical indicators within -40℃-+120℃.

2. Applicable occasions: beautification of public buildings, industrial and civil buildings, interior and exterior decoration of modern commercial buildings, greenhouses, skylights and arched roofs, sound insulation barriers on highways and urban elevated roads.

　PC solid board:

　Commonly used thicknesses: 3mm, 4.5mm, 6mm

　Commonly used widths: 1220mm 1560mm 1820mm 2100mm

　Commonly used colors: blue, green, milky white, transparent, brown

　Bending radius: R value is not less than 100 times the thickness of the plate

　Main uses: Generally used in situations where lighting transparency is required to be relatively high.

　PC hollow board:

　Commonly used thicknesses: 4mm 6mm 8mm 10mm 16mm

　Regular specifications: 2100mm x 6000mm

　Commonly used colors: blue, green, milky white, lake blue, gray, transparent, brown

　Bending radius: R value is not less than 175 times the thickness of the plate

　Main uses: Generally used in places with lighting and thermal insulation requirements

　2. UV-corrugated board series

Corrugated boards are widely used in all aspects of construction due to their excellent performance. The high strength and lightness of corrugated boards are unmatched by ordinary boards. Corrugated boards are widely used in factories, warehouses, farmers' markets, highway hoardings, balconies, and heat insulation. It is widely used in sheds and other fields. From the material point of view, it can be roughly divided into the following four types of corrugated boards.

　1. UV-PVC corrugated board:

　Commonly used thicknesses: 1.0mm 1.2mm 1.5mm 2.0mm;

　Plate type: 720mm 820mm 920mm;

　Commonly used colors: white, blue, green, yellow, red, brown, transparent;

　Bending radius: Generally, the minimum R value is not less than 3m;

　Spacing between sandalwood strips: no more than 1m;

　Main performance of elf: fire resistance, corrosion resistance, toughness, low noise, transparency, lightweight, beautiful, and environmentally friendly.

2. UV-PC transparent wave board:

Common thickness: 1.0mm 1.2mm 1.5mm;

Plate type: 820mm, 840mm, 930mm;

Common colors: transparent, transparent blue, transparent green, transparent light green, brown, milky white;

Bending radius: Generally, the minimum R value is not less than 3m;

Sandalwood spacing: not more than 1m;

Main performance: Transparent, weather resistant, impact resistant, flame retardant, temperature resistant, lightweight.

3. UV-FRP wave board (FRP daylighting board, fiberglass daylighting board):

Common thickness: 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm;

Board types: There are various types of general board types including 820 type daylighting board, 840 type daylighting board, 760 type daylighting board, 950 type daylighting board, 930 type daylighting board, 812 type daylighting board, 406 type daylighting board, 475 type daylighting board, etc., which can be produced to match the construction of color steel roofs. If it is a flat plate, the conventional width should not exceed 1270mm, and the length can be arbitrary (preferably within 6m considering transportation factors);

Common colors: transparent, sky blue, light green, milky white;

Bending radius: Generally, the minimum R value is not less than 3m;

Sandalwood spacing: not more than 1m;

Main performance: (Comprehensive performance of FRP daylighting board)

① Transparency performance: crystal clear and bright, soft light, parallel light transmittance of 49.1%, diffuse light transmittance of 37.7%, total light transmittance of 86.8%, and hot wire transmittance of 92.6%. 

② Impact resistance: The impact strength is more than 30 times that of general vinyl chloride board. 

③ Corrosion resistance: able to withstand corrosion from various acids, alkalis, and chemical substances. 

④ Weather resistance: Due to the use of DuPont's polyvinylidene fluoride film and special melting adhesion technology, the product is firmly bonded to the board body, and anti ultraviolet absorbers are added. After being tested for time, it can still maintain good optical and mechanical properties, making the product have excellent weather resistance.

⑤ Flame retardant performance: The FRP daylighting board has a high ignition point and will not promote the spread of fire. It will extinguish itself after leaving the fire.

⑥ Stability and stability: Within the temperature range of -70 ℃ to 160 ℃, there will be no cold brittleness or softening. The coefficient of thermal expansion is 2.7 × 10-5mm/mm/℃, making it less prone to thermal deformation displacement. 

⑦ Thermal insulation performance: FRP daylighting board has obvious thermal insulation performance, with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.11kcat/phr ℃, which is 1/5 of glass.

　Applicable occasions: widely used in lighting fields such as factories, gymnasiums, warehouses, bus shelters, gardens, agricultural greenhouses, wind and rain corridors, awnings, canopies, etc.

    4. UV-PVC modified biaxially stretched corrugated board (Windex):

　Commonly used thickness: 0.9mm 1.0mm 1.2mm;

　Common width: 1000～1200mm;

　Commonly used colors: mirror transparent, natural translucent, smoke diffused light, milky white, chrysanthemum red, dark blue, white;

　Bending radius: Generally, the minimum R value is not less than 3~8m;

　Spacing between sandalwood strips: no more than 1m;

　Main properties: high impact pressure, fire retardant, chemical corrosion resistance, homogeneity and non-freezing, cold bending, long service life.

Community bicycle sheds, car parking sheds, etc. of various specifications can be processed and manufactured according to customer requirements. Structural form: Generally, the panels are made of hollow solar panels, and the keels are ordinary steel pipes or stainless steel pipes and aluminum alloy structures. There are various structural forms, including round arch bicycle sheds, pointed cone double-sided slope bicycle sheds, single beam structures and double beam structures. Beam structure type bicycle shed, etc. The overall production structure is excellent, durable and beautiful in appearance. Various vehicle frames can also be equipped according to customer requirements.

Commonly used specifications: Single parking spaces and double parking spaces are divided into single parking spaces and double parking spaces according to the parking space. The width is 2500mm or 5000mm, and the length is arbitrary.
