Counterflow FRP cooling tower: Definition of terms: A cooling tower in which water flows from top to bottom and air flows from bottom to top in the packing in the tower. The two flow in opposite directions. Tower body shape: From the shape of the tower body, counterflow cooling towers can be divided into two types: circular counterflow type and square counterflow type. The square tower occupies a relatively small area. Specifications and models: Circular counterflow cooling towers can be divided into three types: low noise, ultra-low noise, and industrial type, with models ranging from 12T to 1000T. DBNL3: low-noise fiberglass counterflow cooling tower; CDBNL3: Ultra-low noise fiberglass counterflow cooling tower; GBNL3: Industrial medium and high temperature fiberglass counterflow cooling tower. Square counterflow cooling towers can be divided into many specifications and models: standard type, medium temperature type, high temperature type and square counterflow energy-saving type. Energy-efficient: DFNL: Square counter-flow low temperature drop type; GFNL: square counter-flow medium and high temperature drop type; CDFNL: Square counter-flow ultra-low noise and low temperature drop type. Later models include DP for shallow water dish type and GP for deep water dish type. Performance introduction: The water temperature drop of low-noise and ultra-low-noise towers is generally 3-8°C, which is suitable for cooling equipment such as air conditioning and refrigeration. The noise value of the ultra-low noise tower is approximately 5dB lower than the standard point of the low-noise tower, making it suitable for places with stricter noise requirements. The industrial type is a medium-high temperature tower. The water temperature drop is generally 10-25°C. This type increases a series of measures such as tower diameter, air volume and pressure, power, and packing height. It is suitable for cooling industrial water with high water temperature drop. Precautions for selection and use: 1. When selecting, you should know the water volume, inlet water temperature, outlet water temperature and design wet bulb temperature, and determine the model based on the thermal performance curve. 2. In areas where the average temperature in the coldest month is -10°C, please indicate this when ordering so that anti-icing measures can be taken. 3. The turbidity of circulating water is 50 mg/l, and should not exceed 100 mg/l in the short term. It should not contain oil stains and mechanical impurities. Measures to eliminate algae and stabilize water quality must be taken. 4. This product is suitable for water temperatures not exceeding 60°C. If the water temperature exceeds 60°C, please mention it when ordering so that it can be resolved in material selection. 5. The water pressure of the water inlet pipe of the tower is approximately 2 to 5 meters of water column. Don't make it too high when designing, otherwise water will float if the flow rate is too high. 6. For cooling towers above 150T, the angle of the fan blades can be adjusted, but the angle of each blade must be consistent and the current does not exceed the rated current of the motor. Various types of fans can be reversed for short periods of time to eliminate ice. Therefore, in areas with severe ice, a reversible magnetic starter should be installed. 7. When starting the cooling tower, the water pump must be turned on first and then the fan. It is not allowed to operate the fan without water spraying. | ||||

Cross flow fiberglass cooling tower: Definition of terms: In the packing in the tower, water flows from top to bottom, and air flows horizontally from outside the tower to the inside of the tower. The two flow to an orthogonal cooling tower. Tower shape: square. Specifications and models: There are two types of cross-flow cooling towers: BHZ series and HBL series. The BHZ series has low-noise and ultra-low-noise types. The cooling water capacity of a single tower is 80100125150175200m3/h. If the cooling water capacity exceeds 200m3/h, it is an assembled type. In addition to low-noise and ultra-low-noise types, the HBL series also has industrial types with medium and high temperature drops. The cooling water volumes of a single tower are 300, 500 and 700m3/h respectively, and can also be used in parallel. Performance introduction: The BHZ series is characterized by low air flow speed, low noise and low energy consumption. It is suitable for use in places with strict noise requirements. The HBL series is characterized by high air flow velocity, slightly higher noise than the assembly tower, but lower than the counterflow tower, and small footprint. This series of cross-flow cooling towers adopt air inlet from both sides. The fans at the top make the air exchange quality with hot water through the fillers on both sides of the tower. The hot and humid air is then discharged to the outside of the tower. The fillers use point-wave plates with convex points on both sides. The spot wave plate is bonded into a whole through installation to improve rigidity. Since there are bumps on both sides, the chance of water droplets dripping directly is avoided and the effect of forming a water film is improved. The tail of the filler is equipped with water collection measures. The fan adopts low-speed, low-dynamic-pressure airfoil-type fan blades. The power belt reinforced with polyester fiber has low noise, high transmission efficiency and will not slip when exposed to water. Due to the air intake from both sides, the filler is stacked directly from the bottom of the pool to the distribution tank, so the noise is smaller. Precautions for selection and use: 1. When selecting, please know the water volume, inlet water temperature, outlet water temperature and design wet bulb temperature, and determine the model according to the thermal performance curve. 2. In areas where the average temperature in the coldest month is lower than -10℃, please indicate this when ordering so that anti-icing measures can be taken. 3.
