SMC-Combined fiberglass water tank selection instructions

a) The user should provide the water tank model, volume, size, connection location, pipe diameter and water storage temperature when ordering.　  

b) The SMC combined fiberglass water tank foundation generally has strip or square piers evenly distributed under the plate connection joints. The pier height is 500mm and the pier width is 300mm. When the height of the water tank is greater than or equal to 3 meters, steel plates should be embedded on the surface of the piers.　  

c) The SMC combined fiberglass water tank should have an inspection distance (not less than 600mm) from the wall.　  

d) The location of the water tank connection provided by the user should be based on the location of the water tank.　 

e) Temporary power supply, water supply, drainage and other work shall be assisted by the ordering unit.

Instructions for use of SMC-combined fiberglass water tank

a) The water storage temperature in the water tank should not be greater than the water storage temperature required by the order. If you have special requirements, please indicate them when ordering.　  

b) This water tank is a normal pressure water storage tank and cannot be used as a pressure water tank.　  

c) For combined water tanks, parts are not allowed to be welded on the inner and outer walls of the water tank to prevent damage to the panel surface and sealing device. If there are special requirements, please negotiate with our factory.　  

d) This water tank is not allowed to store liquids other than water, and it is not allowed to move on its own. If there are any special requirements, they should be stated in advance.　  

e) If the water tank is located in an area where there is a possibility of freezing or condensation, the user should consider installing insulation or anti-condensation measures.　  

f) Before using the water tank, close the inlet and outlet valves and clean the water supply pipes to prevent sand and gravel from entering the water tank.

SMC－Water tank installation and acceptance

a) During installation, leave a maintenance channel of no less than 600mm between the box and the wall, and no less than 500mm on the top and bottom of the box.　 

b) During civil construction, the buttresses should be prepared first, and the connecting joints around the water tank and between the box plates should fall on the buttresses.　 

c) After combination, close the outlet pipe and drain pipe, open the water inlet pipe, and check while draining the water. It is qualified if there is no leakage for 24 hours after the water is filled.
