Type 4-72 fiberglass fan shock absorber base:

2. 4. Vibration-absorbing pedestal installation procedure:

(1) The vibration-absorbing pedestal can be placed on a shallow independent foundation, cement floor, floor or roof.   

(2) The ground, floor or level where the vibration reduction pedestal is installed should be leveled before installation.   

(3) The steel bracket shall not be welded to the shock absorber.   

(4) Vibration-absorbing pedestal installation procedure:   

a. First place wooden blocks (or jacks) next to the location where the shock absorber is to be installed. The number should be no less than 4 and the height should be slightly higher than the original height of the shock absorber.  

b. Place the steel bracket on the wooden pad.   

c. When the fan, motor, and fan casing need to be insulated when installing on the steel bracket, the insulation layer should be completed at the same time as the fan is installed.   

d. Place the shock absorber at the predetermined position, remove the wooden pad, and verify whether the height of each shock absorber after compression is equal. If not, you need to move the shock absorber or fan or motor to adjust the height of each shock absorber. equal while keeping the steel supports level. e. Tighten the bolts connecting the fan, motor and shock absorber to the steel bracket. The rubber at the bottom of the shock absorber is placed directly on the ground, floor or roof without any anchor connection.

5. Allowable deviations for installation of vibration-absorbing pedestal:   

(1) The relative height difference between any two points on the supporting structure where the shock absorber is installed is 2 mm.

The BDW-87-9 type is an ordinary FRP roof fan. It operates in the absence of severely corrosive media. It is not explosion-proof and can be used in general ventilation.
